Moss Marine has proposed a mixed hotel retail development with over 400 hotel rooms at the site of it’s marina. As a marina, they currently have no allowable residential density. They would require changes to the Comprehensive plan to move forward.
UPDATE: Council approved this development, although it clearly violates the comprehensive plan intent to avoid commercial intrusion into residential neighborhoods.
