Protecting FMB comes at a cost, we tried appealing to town council with our voices and emails and failed. We need legal representation to help the town understand that due process is not being followed. To date all the expenses to of Protect FMB have come from core members, there are no paid employees. We need your help to pay attorney’s fees. We have a very short time window to fund the initial effort. Please give today.
Protect FMB is incorporated as a Florida Non-Profit. The Board of ProtectFMB has been working diligently behind the scenes. We have applied for and received 501(c)3 status, making us exempt from federal income tax under IRC section 501(c)3. Donors can deduct contributions they make to us under IRC Section 170. We will be keeping your information confidential to the extent we are allowed to under law. We will also provide you with a contribution letter at the end of the year for your taxes.
