We need legal representation to help the town understand that due process is not being followed. To date all the expenses to of Protect FMB have come from core members, there are no paid employees. We need your help to pay attorney&#8217;s fees. We were able to meet out first milestone and necessary to submit the Writ.  Now we needs funds to respond to Seagate&#8217;s response to our Writ.  Please contribute, our attorneys have been working diligently on preparing this response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Protect FMB is incorporated as a Florida Non-Profit. The Board of ProtectFMB has been working diligently behind the scenes.&nbsp; We have applied for and received 501(c)3 status, making us exempt from federal income tax under IRC section 501(c)3.&nbsp; Donors can deduct contributions they make to us under IRC Section 170.&nbsp; We will be keeping your information confidential to the extent we are allowed to under law. We will also provide you with a contribution letter at the end of the year for your taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All contributions will be kept confidential unless expressly instructed otherwise.<br><br>We have a secure, online donation form. No amount is too small!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PLEASE NOTE: the donation service charges a processing fee and the credit card fees on top of your donation amount.
