The new owners claimed they were underinsured and needed twice the density to be reasonably profitable. Council granted them the additional density on December 16th, 2024 in the same meeting where they approved Seagate. UPDATE: The owners have put this on the market to sell, advertising all of the lucrative &#8220;entitlements&#8221; they got from council. No sales price was listed.
